Participation

“Tell me and I will forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I'll understand” – this age-old piece of wisdom is as true now as ever. Successful social change is only possible if all institutions and stakeholder groups relevant for the process are integrated – and understand what is required and what their role is. Today’s society cannot be changed by one institution alone – alliances with a broad group of partners are needed. Partners can only be won through participative processes.
